IRISS, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the state of Minnesota.  IRISS provides services and tools for talent management for organizations and individuals.

Our Clients

Our clients include small businesses to large businesses with a need to recruit new talent, develop existing talent, or outplacement support. 

We also offer career coaching services for non-professional job seekers, professional career seekers, recent college graduates, people in career transition, and first generation Americans not familiar with American job/career seeking customs.

Janelle Blazewicz, IRISS, LLC's Executive Recruiter Consultant and Career Coach Professional 

She has direct experience in Human Resources, Management, Hiring and Recruiting.  She is continually monitoring the current view on the market's environment and employment seeking trends. 

Janelle has been analyzing, reviewing, critiquing, and writing resumes throughout her professional career in corporate environments, staffing agencies, and was the former Human Resource Director for a social services company in the Twin Cities.
